Our specialist Recruitment division operates throughout South Africa and in most African Countries. We dedicate our efforts to headhunting candidates with unique and specialised skills that are specific to each industry. As part of this process, we pride ourselves in maintaining an ever growing database of highly skilled and sought after candidates.
As part of the recruitment process, all background checks including reference checks, criminal checks, credit checks and qualification checks are conducted on the clients’ behalf. Candidate permission is acquired before any checks are conducted.
Our recruitment procedures are organised and streamlined. This allows our consultants to operate efficiently allowing for quick turn around, but not compromising on the quality of the candidates we produce.
We work closely with our clients to ensure a detailed accurate job description. By developing sound relationships with our clients, we come to understand their unique company culture. This assists us in the placement of the best permanent and temporary candidates.
