Elite Employment was established in Windhoek, Namibia by the entrepreneur Yvonne Le Roux in 2005, who is currently still the sole owner.
(An Entrepreneur is a person who habitually creates and innovates to build something of recognized value around perceived opportunities.)
Since then we have had an unbelievable growth rate in market share, clients, candidates and jobs handled on a monthly basis. Staff members have grown equally in number and experience, and embody the spirit of the company whilst truly enjoying what they do.
We count many of the major international companies as our loyal clients, some as far as UK and have been privileged to have been intensely involved with project recruitment and entire recruitment drives. These have stretched from complete staffing of Executive Committees for some clients, to recruitment of staff for start up operations for others. It can be safely said that our clients have always been more than satisfied with our efforts and endeavours.
We are able to recruit throughout Namibia with our focus on Windhoek and Walvis Bay / Swakopmund.
