African Mining Recruitment t/a Bryan Kaschula Associates (BKA) has provided recruitment services to the mining industry since 1983, specialising in the recruitment of senior managerial and technical personnel for mining operations.
BKA is headed by the partners Dave Poultney and Andrew Weir, who both developed their Human Resource experience in the mining industry with a combined experience of 65 years in management and mining recruitment.
The Company conducts mining recruitment assignments worldwide with an emphasis on Africa. This service is supported by an extensive database of mining professionals and wide ranging personal contacts.
Since 1998 BKA has participated as a member of an international mining recruitment alliance conceived by Downing Teal, Australia, with BKA’s focus being on recruitment in Africa. This alliance now offers mining recruitment services in four continents with offices in major mining countries globally.
